Thanks to the collaborative research efforts of two teams, the RA and RF author groups, a fundamental model of conceptual approaches to the process of civil competence formation has been developed. During the project, cultural traditions and values of both nations were examined, encompassing environmental and cultural distinctions as well as developmental trajectories. A comparative analysis was conducted, identifying pedagogical potential and delineating standards while also defining civic competence. Subsequently, the structural-operational development, testing, and implementation of the model for civic competence formation were executed. The findings have been disseminated through publication in national and international journals.

These results have not only contributed to refining the theoretical underpinnings of international approaches to the issue but have also facilitated experimental strides in fostering civic competence within the educational systems of the two countries.
