International Award Opportunity in Education

UNESCO has announced the call for applications for the 2026 UNESCO King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa Prize for the Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Education.

📌 This year’s theme:
“Reimagining creativity and critical thinking through artificial intelligence”

🔍 The prize is awarded to projects that demonstrate how teachers and learners use artificial intelligence to:
✔ develop critical thinking
✔ foster creativity and imagination
✔ implement innovative educational approaches

🏆 Two best projects will be selected, and each winner will receive:
💰 USD 25,000
🌍 international recognition and participation in the award ceremony

⏰ Application deadline: May 8, 2026 (23:59, CEST)
🌐 Applications must be submitted in English or French

📢 Educational institutions, teachers, researchers, and innovative teams are encouraged to apply and present their best ideas.
